Sr Manager, Global Supply Network Planning

We’re looking for a strategic, dynamic, and driven Sr Manager, Global Supply Network Planning Lead to orchestrate our worldwide supply chain and ensure our life-changing products reach those who need them most.

What To Expect:

Shape the Future of Supply Chain:
Lead both Net Requirements Planning (NRP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) across our global network. You’ll translate demand forecasts into actionable production and procurement plans, ensuring optimal inventory and world-class service for our customers.

Solve Complex Challenges:
Tackle constrained supply scenarios head-on—allocating resources, prioritizing customer needs, and leading critical escalations. Your ability to anticipate risk and develop smart contingency plans will keep our supply chain resilient and agile.

Drive Operational Excellence:
Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service to align execution with strategy. You’ll use cutting-edge planning tools and ERP systems to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and champion continuous improvement.

Lead and Inspire:
Mentor a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous learning. Your leadership will help shape the future of healthcare supply chain at Hologic.

Deliver Insights:
Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership—fueling data-driven decisions and operational success.

Ensure Compliance and Quality:
Uphold the highest standards of regulatory compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence in all planning activities.

What We Expect:

• A supply chain expert with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Bring at least 10 years’ experience in global supply network planning, NRP, DRP, and inventory optimization—ideally in a regulated industry.
• Proven success managing constrained supply, solving complex challenges, and leading teams through ambiguity.
• Advanced user of planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis or similar) and ERP systems (Oracle EBS).
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP) and experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals a plus.
